It's an iMac 27" 2013 with an i5 CPU, afaik and a NVIDIA GeForce GT 755M video card. (needless to say, that it's a rather old machine 😉 ) Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford Posted February 3, 2021 Share Posted February 3, 2021 Open Applications:Utilities:Activity Monitor and watch the Memory tab. Unless VW is pushing 12GB or more, you are probably not RAM limited and more memory won't help much. Unless you also want to run other applications while you have VW running.  With 8 files open in VW, but nothing rendering or very complicated, VW is sitting at 7.64GB.  With 16 different apps open I am using 24.2GB of my 32 GB. 2 Quote Link to comment
