Parametric 2D arrows with fill

I think most users have used arrows with fill to illustrate flows or movement. They are not hard to draw, but it would be really nice to have a tool, that creates parametric arrows based on 2D lines, arcs and polylines.

I'm curious if complex linetypes answers this question or are you looking for something different? Complex linetypes allows for complete customization of how the arrow looks and what the gap is between them. They can then be applied to any shape.

Thanks, I'll give it a try. I am looking for something more akin to arrows in Powerpoint 🙂
