Why text overlap itself in text block?

Hello community,

I have encountered a problem that when I open my manager's file, I sometimes will get the text overlapping itself. Text font, size, and other stuffs seems right. The text block can resolve the distortion after I double click on each of the text block. The con is time consuming.

Why does this happen and how to solve it?
