Reference Marker (Bug?) VW 2021

I think I found a bug with the the reference marker: Ref Marker - Dwg No Sht No, and Ref Marker - Dwg No Only. The marker arrow doesn't move when changing the angle in the OIP. When I switch the marker to the one with the large triangle, the arrow will change to the inputted angle. Should I go through the process of reporting this to the Bug Submit page?

No need to report.  I just submitted a bug for this (VB-176371).

BTW:  This is a content problem and can be fixed by following these steps:

1. Edit the Style
2. In the style dialog, click the Edit Marker Layout button
3. Select the polyline for the arrow
4. Select the “Rotate to arrow angle” checkbox in the Object Info palette.

Once the change is saved to the style, it should work as expected.
