LeeElston Posted January 7, 2021 Share Posted January 7, 2021 I have 2 window objects above each other in the same wall, one a normal window, the other a louvre at high level in a gable wall. I have put the louvre in a seperate class which I have turned off, but the opening is still being shown in the plan view. whilst the opening of the lower window is not cut into the wall... I attach screenshots showing issue. Sketch 1, shows both classes turned on, sketch 2 is with the HL louvre turned off. Any tips appreciated.. Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee Matt Panzer Posted January 7, 2021 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted January 7, 2021 Try selecting the louver window object and select the Clerestory option in the 3D Visualization pane. That will have it show as dashed above without breaking the wall in Top/Plan view. Alternately, you can simply select "No Break" in the Break popup in the Object Info palette: Either way, you can still use classes to turn the visibility of the window off as before.. 2 Quote Link to comment
