MikeB
Is it that you have drawn a detail into the new layer and its not visible when you select the Detail sheet? Quote Link to comment
Kiwi Ross
Like a lot of us - we simply gone back to 8.5.2 and will await the upgrade for 9. As with many of us, we have all pulled some hair out with 9 - the potential is just great with all its new tools etc, but it is just a lemon until the upgrade comes. So don't worry to much if you can't get it all to work - won't be long now till the upgrade Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee Robert Anderson Posted August 8, 2001 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted August 8, 2001 Juice, I read your question and I'm a little confused. What were you expecting to see? The procedure is for setting up a detail sheet so you can draw in multiple scales. There's nothing that should be on the layer until you draw something there. Leslie
Juice- Are you talking about setting up the multi-scale detail sheet while you're still in the VA Set-Up Assistant? If so, once you input the number of sheets desired and select "multiple" in the scale settings, you need to click on the "Apply" button. It is only AFTER you do that that you'll be presented with a dialog where you can designate which scales you want for which of those detail sheets. -Leslie ------------------ Leslie Sigal Javorek (president) ELLIS JAY Inc.
