How to plot with image fill transparency?

Hi, please see attached snapshots. I would like to pdf the drawing with transparent image fill. The sheet layer and design layer look good but the final pdf ignores the transparency (grass & asphalt area).

Is there any print settings I could've paid attention to? Thank you.

Hi

Im not sure if this is helpful but I have also experienced touble with gradients and transparencies in PDFs. One solution to your grass and asphalt is to use opaque colors, just lighter, and only use transparencies for objects where you need to see through. It might be worth testing exporting to pdf instead of print to pdf to see if it gives better result, rasterise PDF in export dialog  might also affect the result.
