Christiaan
We've had a contractor share a folder with us via OneDrive, which we can access via web browser with a one-time password, but we can't sync it to our computers. Is there a way for them to share the folder so we can sync it without having to buy a subscription to MS 365 or OneDrive? Sorry, this is off topic, but I've tried asking Microsoft Support this question multiple ways on their official support forum and I can't get any sense from them. twk
I understand normal hotmail accounts have free one drive storage. So you would sign into onedrive on your PC/Mac with your free account and sync as needed. Similar to dropbox I believe. We are on office365 here, but I know others with free accounts we can send links to and have folders sync'd between us 1 Quote Link to comment
Christiaan
Thanks Tui, figured it out. Had to tell them to add me as a guest user in their Azure portal. Man, Microsoft's backend for all this stuff is a nightmare! Edited November 23, 2020 by Christiaan Quote Link to comment
