It does not appear to be applicable to the regular means of using the software for new construction projects. Any recommendations will be appreciated. Quote Link to comment

You have to open a new document using VA setup Assistance, then go to the File pull-down menu and go to VA Project Setup. I think there are two catagories for renovations: residential remodel and tenent interior. Hope this helps. Quote Link to comment
