Project Sharing Issues

A couple of us (myself and @mocha) are having issues with Project Sharing this morning - we are getting the below message when trying to save & commit.

 

OneDrive is signed in, and the Project File is up to date... the last saved change was 2 hours, 1 minute, 38 seconds ago! Not sure how to fix this.

 

We are both working on new machines today, so I feel like we're missing something obvious...

Hi Lisa

It sounds like OneDrive is set to just keep the server copy and not sync to the local hard drive. Make sure Files on Demand is turned off (this stops the syncing to the local hard drive.)

Hi Tamsin,

Thanks for this. Our IT folks actually advised us to keep Files on Demand switched on... so we don't have to locally download our entire server! But it looks like we can specifically choose to 'always keep this on device' for Vectorworks Project Files if we need to. Regardless, even without doing that the issue seems to have righted itself today! 🤷🏻‍♀️
