gabrielefx
Hi, how is it possible to move two (or more) parallel faces of a solid? regards Quote Link to comment
0 Pat Stanford
I think we need more detail about what you are asking for. Offset them at the same time? Move them closer together or farther apart? How many other faces? Do you need to keep this as a Solid or would converting to a Mesh be acceptable? Etc. Quote Link to comment
0 gabrielefx
Here the explanation: This example uses many faces. They aren't parallel but explains well what I would like to do in Vectorworks. Quote Link to comment
0 zoomer
It is possible in many Apps but currently not in VW. PushPull can only select a single Face. The little hole in the Solid of the first minutes of the video, Would in VW be usually a Solid Subtraction of a larger Solid being cut by a smaller Solid. So in VW you would go in Solid Subtraction's Edit Mode, select the cutting Solid and move it around, "to bring all the Hole's Faces to a new position at a time" Quote Link to comment
