Data visualization worksheet

Hi guys, 

I'm using data visualization to color my lighting devices on my plot, I try to have the same symbols color on my worksheet but there is no way!

I'm trying to export my worksheet to an excel file but the symbols thumbnails are no supported.......which is the simplest way to do this?

I don’t know if this would work for you, but I just colour the symbols instead of using a data visualization. 
 

that does mean you’re tied to that look (unless you change it on a case by case basis), but maybe helpful?

Just out of curiosity, how long has =IMAGEBYDATAVIS('data visualization name') been in there/available?

Hi

 

Is there a way to use DataVis to mark an entire row in a worksheet with a specific color?

Say for instance that I have two different objects, "A" and "B", where A=Red and B=Blue as per DataVis.

If I want a list of all object in a worksheet where all the rows have  the DataVis settings to them. So "A" have red background in the worksheet, and B has blue.

Make sense?

Worksheet database subrows take their attributes from the header row. There is no way to change the color/font/style for a single row.  The exception is and Image because that will be different for each object and can be set using the object properties of a Data Visualization.

Ok thanks @Pat Stanford for the info. I'll figure out another way to make my worksheets clearer 😃
