Daniele Guevara Posted October 27, 2020 Share Posted October 27, 2020 Hi All! I'm trying to sync up my plot and LW6 file and it's not going too well. The data in 3 custom user fields are completely wrong in my plot updating from 2019 to 2021. Anybody else experiencing this? Quote Link to comment
JBenghiat Posted October 27, 2020 Share Posted October 27, 2020 You shouldn't see any issues with user fields per se. You may have to check your Spotlight settings to make sure every desired filed is exporting and then the Lightwright mapping settings when starting Data Exchange. Quote Link to comment
Daniele Guevara Posted October 27, 2020 Author Share Posted October 27, 2020 All the user fields are being exported and the mapping settings are correct; the values though correct in LW did not correspond at all in Vectorworks- and this was even AFTER choosing LW as having the correct info when comparing data in the LW dialogue box. It was quite the rigormorole but had to refresh instruments in Vectorworks then close and re-open the plot to get the sync up proper, took me multiple tries! Quote Link to comment
