JackBuilt
I have spent way too much time experimenting ways to solve a strange rendering issue I am having. When I add shutters to windows the shutter profile renders in the window opening in Hidden Line which I want to use my Elevation plans.I feel like I have somehow done this but I have not a clue how or how to resolve it. JackBuilt
I suppose this is a symbol issue as it seems the shutter symbol is being placed in the glazing in 2D. Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee Matt Panzer Posted October 8, 2020 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted October 8, 2020 Can you upload a file that shows the problem (maybe make a copy of the file and delete everything but a wall with the windows and the sheet layer viewport)? Or you can send me the file privately. Quote Link to comment
JackBuilt
Thanks for the reply. It seems if I let the PIO make a panel shutter it is OK, but when I select custom profile the profile populates the glazing. Story Board.vwx Quote Link to comment

I suspected this was a known issue (and it is - VB-174200) but wanted to make sure. I'll note this thread in the existing bug report. Thanks! Quote Link to comment
