richardavatar
Is there a quick way of switching off all colour fills (leaving just hatches and lines) when in a viewport to create b&w construction drawings. Something that creates a line drawing without affecting the design layers. The black and white only toggle button doesn't do what I am after, partly because it leaves greyscale fills, partly because I like to have dimensions in red. In Sketchup this is done simply by using one of the 'styles' - creating a black and white scene/viewport that can be annotated with colour thanks Quote Link to comment
markdd
If you are using Viewports, then the Advanced properties button in the Viewport has an option to display Black and White only. This converts all fills that aren't black to white. Quote Link to comment

Pat Stanford
Alternatively, if you want your dimensions to be Red, you can use Layer Overrides or Class Overrides to make everything but your dimension classes to be Black/White and the Dimension class(es) Red. 1 Quote Link to comment
CipesDesign
There is an even easier way. Print to PDF, then re-save the PDF and add Grayscale Filter. This works perfectly, with one caveat: certain colors (yellow, eg) become much darker than expecting in Grayscale. So you need to do a bit of trial and error in that regard. Quote Link to comment
