This morning, when trying to launch Vectorworks 2020, a window opened saying that my licence had expired.
We've been using Vectorworks for years at the agency and every year we renew our contracts with Vectorworks to get the actualized licence. Each computer has its own serial number.
First, when I open Vectorworks, it says : "no serial number has been found. Please register one now".
So, I press ok and enter my VW serial number
Then a window opens and says : Please activate VW from Internet to use it
So, I click on activate (my WiFi and ethernet cable are connecting my desktop to Internet)
Then another window opens and says : An error with your licence prevents it from activating on this computer. Error Code : 1018
(Please note that my VW is in French. The English traduction of error messages may not be accurate.)
I don't know what to do. Did anyone had the same issue with VW 2020 ?
