andy_tibble Posted February 22, 2006 Share Posted February 22, 2006 when running vw9.5 on OS X it often crashes. I've been told its because this version of VW is a little incompatible with OS X. I've tried riunning it in classic but it fails to open. Also I'm unable to increase memory size in OS X. Does anyone have any ideas other than upgrading? Quote Link to comment
Kees W Posted February 22, 2006 Share Posted February 22, 2006 memory is allocated dynamically (i.e. as needed) in OS X, you don't need to set anything any more. Only thing I could tell you is to make sure that you have the latest version of OS X and VW (9.5.3) and have as much memory as the machine will take. I'd still strongly consider upgrading though...
