Strange characters in the Landscape Area tag

Attached screenshot of strange characters that appear above the text in a viewport. In the screen shot are the Landscape Area settings. There is nothing in any other layers either. Any idea how to get rid of these please?

@Christine Mulinder It looks as if the fill for your tag class is set to a hatch pattern, looks like "meadow hf" hatch to my eye 🙂

Verify what class your tag is set to land on, change the tag class to a solid color instead of a hatch and your problem will go away.
