Render modes drop down list disappears

Hello

The render modes drop down list next to the tea pot at the top of the view bar disappears and reappears.

What is the reason for this? How do I get it back when it disappears?

The functions are available via the view/rendering menu but it is useful to have them in the view bar.

 

Any ideas would be much appreciated.

Are you changing the width of the application window?  That top toolbar will lose items depending on the width of the Vectorworks application window.  

 

You can control what appears in that bar in the triangle all the way to the right.

Or you might just have to turn off some of the options in the View bar so they will fit into your screen/resolution size available.

You were both right I guess.

Removing some options in the view bar left room for the rendering options.
