2020 SP4 Crashes while writing blocks - export to DWG

I've always been able to export to DWG but today i spent the whole morning trying to export my file and every single time the application crashed while "writing blocks". It wouldnt get pass 2000 blocks (out of 793k). I was on SP3 and made the update to SP4 a little while ago and stil no export.

I would upload the file for a verification but it exceeds the maximum upload capacity (very unsettling if you ask me, as an architect MOST of my .vwx files exceed 50Mb)

Concat Tech Support directly (this is mostly user to user support) and they can give you a different link to upload larger files.
