AndyBard Posted January 31, 2006 Share Posted January 31, 2006 I have duplicated a plant symbol on screen so i have two the same. I now would like to change the colour of one of the symbols without the other changing. But what ever i do to one all the rest change. Is there a way of breaking this link. I even changed the colour, saved it as a new symbol and renamed it, but they still all seem linked. Any help much appriciated. Quote Link to comment
DDDesign Posted January 31, 2006 Share Posted January 31, 2006 First convert a copy of your symbol to a group using organize/convert to group. This group can now be ungrouped and/or edited in the normal way. Covert this to a symbol with a new name. Voila! Quote Link to comment
