Windoor Schedule double ups

Ive exported a record and placed on the sheet for Windoor doors and windows, all layers. Placed on the sheet and when it has multiple records of every item. If I select the item (G2-W01 for example) in the schedule, all records point to the same item.

Any ideas please?

VW reports instances of items in Viewports as well as on the design layer. Edit the Criteria and either specify the design layers that you want to count for or exclude the sheet layers you don't want to count on.

Im using the tools/create report, preformatted report, then Windoor but cannot find how to edit the criteria. Can you direct me how to do this please?

I am having the same issue of windows doubling in the schedule.  I can't locate the criteria, can you please advise where to find this?  I am using Vectorworks 2021

Edit the worksheet.

Locate the database header row (you may need to go to the Worksheet View menu and make sure Show Database Headers is checked.

 

Right click in the database header row (ie 3, not 3.1, 3.2, etc)

 

From the popup menu Select Edit Criteria.

 

Add additional criteria to limit the database to only look at the objects you want.

 

This is likely to be something like Layer IS 'My Layer Name'. (or maybe several of these if you need to specify multiple layers)

 

or something like Layer IS Not 'My Sheet Layer Name'. to exclude the viewports that are increasing the counts.
