Welby Barentsen Posted January 20, 2006 Share Posted January 20, 2006 This morning I have tried a few more things in VW12 w Renderworks. For the most part VW seems stable and pretty speedy as long as I am in wireframe or OpenGL. But rendering times are 50 to 200% slower in Final Quality or Radiosity compared to my iMac G5. As I said in my previous post, the Intel iMac feels much like my G4 Titanium 500 powerbook. The iMacs are 20" with 1gig Ram. The intel has the 256K video.
