Window plan view issues

Hi folks,

 

Having issue that when I turn on sill I lose some of glazing/frame detail.  This also happens with a new default window from the tool panel before adjusting anything so wondering if it's an obscure preference setting?   I can't seem to find similar issues on here and notice that the vectorworks help image shows windows correctly. https://app-help.vectorworks.net/2020/eng/VW2020_Guide/Windows/Windows00001.png so I must be doing something wrong.

 

I have tried adjusting all manner of different sill settings and turned on all classes.  Problem:

 

 

Any help with the issue would be much appreciated.

You may have to go to Document Preferences and check the box that says "Auto display detail levels for design layers" and change the settings so that your 1/4" scale design layers will display a "High" level of detail which includes the sash lines below.  See if that helps.
