Redefine Saved View NOT obeying Restore Options, specifically Render Mode and Options ex. OpenGL - No Edges

I recently realized this as well. There's definitely a bug that Saved Views aren't saving any render mode options (they seem to save which render mode, just not any of the associated options or lighting settings). Filed as VB-173230.
