VW Cloud presentations - panorama tour not working in VR mode

Hi,

When accessing a panorama tour via Vectorworks Cloud Services on a browser, switching to the cardboard view (via the cardboard icon on the lower part of the screen) gives a 90° counterclockwise frozen rotated image. I tried both in Safari e Google Chrome and on different devices with no success.

 

Via Nomad app direct opening a panorama file works smoothly as expected.

Should I submit this as a bug?

Hello @str,

 

No need to report this as a bug, we are aware of the issue. With iOS 13, Apple have removed the ability of the user to allow safari Motion & Orientation access to all websites in favor of relying on the webpage creator prompting the user to allow access on a page by page basis. This puts the fix entirely back on Vectorworks. We are looking into addressing this problem.
