Hi @Eric h123, It appears that your profile at the Student Portal needs to have a proof of enrolment (your current & legible school photo ID as a JPG or PDF) added in order to approve your academic license request. You should have received a few emails about this recently, so if you don't see those in your inbox perhaps check your spam folder. Thanks!
