Machine components not set to the right classes?

I have just recently upgraded to 10.5.1 and after finishing up and plotting the job, I noticed that the machine components (holes, tapped holes, etc) are not matched correctly to the line classes.

In 10.1 if I placed a hole, the 'hole" was mapped to the solid line class, and the "center lines' was mapped to the center line class.

And if I changed the "hole" class, the "center line" class remained unchanged.

Now both the hole and the center lines are mapped to what ever is the default class, and change as a group.

Is this a bug or do I have something set wrong?
