JazzLX
Hi everyone! Hope you are all staying safe. So I'm currently modelling a steam paddler ship for a project and I'm wondering if anyone has any tips on how to model all the sweeps of the hull? I'm new to 3D modelling and trying to figure out the best way to do this. It doesn't have to be perfect, I don't have the frame structure, just side elevation and plan views. It's bursting my head a little! Thanks in advance! Jazz Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford
Make NURBS curves for the "ribs" and then Loft Surface will give you the smoothest version. Quote Link to comment

Does anyone have any pointers?? I've attached a pic of the model. Slowly going insane!! Thanks in advance! Jazz Quote Link to comment
