michaelk
I'm not seeing an obvious way to get a Font pulldown in an OIP for users to select fonts of text inside the parametric object. I've been getting around it by using text styles by class. What do all the cool kids do? Quote Link to comment
JBenghiat
There’s no easy way — you have to iterate through the font list and fill the menu during the widget prep event. If the entire object has the same font, you have a couple of easier options — you can set the object to store text settings set via the text menu (as opposed to just using whatever active settings are), and you can enable the text style menu in the OIP for the object. If you want to have different elements have different fonts, I would actually add an additional text style pull-down menu, though like a font pull-down, you have to manually populate it. michaelk
That's what I was afraid of. Thanks, Josh Quote Link to comment
Miguel Barrera
You can use the vectorworks text menu to set the text of a pio by adding this command in the reset procedure. SetObjectVariableBoolean(pioHdl,800,TRUE); Quote Link to comment
