Wall and windows

Hello everyone,

I am requested to do my walls and windows as shown in the attached files.

The creation of the wall along with insulation is ok, but i don't know how to create the incline wall down to the door.

In 2D am able to create it with shape but in 3D, do i have to do it with extrusion or can i do it with wall style?

 

Attached is a vectorworks file and capture.

I think what you are looking for is the Splay option in Doors and Windows. It is under the Exterior Wall Details and Interior Wall Details options.

 

If you are not using VW Door and Window objects it will be trickier.

I am creating everything from scratch, just using the document i received as a base.

I will use VW Door.

I have try what you told too. Was wondering if we could remove the Insulation as highlighted in the attached files?

I think the Exterior Comps and Interior Comps field determine how many Components wrap at the splay, but this is not something I use so I don't really know the best way to make what you want happen.
