Why are student versions of 2020 expiring so quickly?

I am teaching an Intro to Technical drafting course this semester, and every student who is using 2020 has had their licence expire after a month or two. Some, have been able to renew their subscriptions, while others have not, even after going through the renewal process. What is going on with the student subscriptions??

@lhaldeman2 Sometimes the reason for a license to expired after 30 days is due to problems with the proof of enrollment. Upon requesting the Vectorworks license, a 30days expiration is granted automatically then we will extend the license as soon as the proof of enrollment has been received and approved by our educational team. If you have students not been able to access to Vectorworks please have them to send me an internal message with their email address, I'll be happy to help.
