 I think the best way to do this would be to build the model as normal, being very careful to be strategic with Classes and Layers. 

 

Then use Viewports to split up the various views. You would use Viewport Class and Layer visibilities to choose what each Viewport can show.

 

A sheet Layer would probably be best, however you could have fun using design layer viewports to seperate the "layers" and then present the whole from different projections on a Sheet Layer Viewport.
