Student License

Hello, I've had vectorworks student for just over a month now and I went to use it and found that my license had expired even though I thought it would last 18 months. I went onto my account to find out that the upload of my education evidence had failed so my license had expired after 30 days. I've updated it with the correct file showing my ID, how long will it be until I can use vectorworks again and get the full license time? Thanks

Hi Rachel

When you request a student licence, you get a 30 day trial, but at that time, the student portal reminds you to upload evidence of your student status. If that's not done within 30 days, the licence expires. If you have now requested the extension, then our team will review it during business hours, and approve the extension of the licence. It's not an automated process.
