The Reference field is set to By Style in the wall style. You will have to either edit the Style and change it there, to edit the Style and change it to be by instance instead of By Style.

Go to the Resource Manager and select the Wall Style you want to change. Right Click and Choose IFC Data. Select eh Pset_WallCommon in the Object Properties list box. In the bottom list box you will see three columns, Property, Value and and unmarked column showing an ion of either a curvy arrow (which means By Style) or a couple of horizontal sliders (which means By Instance).

Either change the value for the Style or click the curvy arrow to change it to the sliders to change the style setting to be by instance.

If you set it to By Instance you will then be able to change it in the OIP Data pane. If you create a worksheet that does not merge Walls and Curtain Walls you could also change it from the worksheet.

When I right-click on a Wall Style in the Resource Manager I don't see an "IFC Data" option to choose.
