Custom Plug In Companies (looking for)

Hi Friends,

I'm looking for a company that could potentially develop a custom plug in for me.  
I'm not sure what kind of details would be needed for a proper estimate. I can get into more details once I have a few companies lined up. 

But essentially, it would be a customization of the MEP function for Electrical and Low Voltage symbols.  With custom record format and custom labeling. 
I don't even know where to start, but I do think its possible.

Have you looked at ConnectCAD?

I'm in the process of getting a trial license installed to see if this functionality is available in it. 

I had looked at it before and I don't remember seeing it, but I'll check it out again.

The details needed to start, I think, are:

1. What do you want it to keep track of?

2. What do you want it to look like?

3. What task do you want it to do?

Looking at something like ConnectCAD is always worthwhile.  Even if it doesn't do what you need.  Describing how it falls short will help creating the description of what it needs to do.  ConnectCAD is a sophisticated and powerful program.  If it does what you need, you should be happy with how it does it.
