After Zooming In, Objects are Invisible & Unselectable

Question

Things keep disappearing when I zoom in closely.  When I zoom in, it's because I want to be more precise.  Not being able to see what I'm working with isn't really conducive to that end...  In one case, even though I knew a rectangle was present, I couldn't select it, at least not until I zoomed out far enough to (kinda) see it (I had to zoom out far enough so that it was pretty tiny).  The attached video starts after I've zoomed in on an object, so it's not visible until I zoom back out.  When I add an arrow to the line, half of the object disappears until I zoom some more.  Setting Navigation Graphics to Best Performance may help, but other things don't work with that "Best Performance" setting.  VWIS187

@willofmaine It might be a graphics card issue,  try changing the Navigation Graphics preference to Best Compatibility (Vectorworks preferences) - if it does not do it. could you send the file via DM for testing?

The problem occurs in "Best Compatibility" mode.  "Best Performance" seems to resolve it but, again, then other things don't work.  What's "DM"?

Sorry, this is my daughter's fault. I'm getting used to all these acronyms "Direct Message"

This problem persists with SP3 and, as before, it happens in "Best Compatibility," but not in "Best Performance."

Also, when zooming way in, text just turns solid gray.  Navigation Graphics don't seem to affect this either way.  See attached SP3 video.
