Creating terrain site model from Digimaps DTM download

I'm trying to creating a terrain site model from 'OS terrain 50 DTM' data downloaded from Digimap. Does anyone know how to import this data into Vectorworks to create a site model? I've attached the documents which I think I might need, but also a screenshot of all the other files that came with the download from digimaps

 

Any help would be appreciated!

You should be able to import this into excel (https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Import-XML-data-6eca3906-d6c9-4f0d-b911-c736da817fa4) then export as a text file, This from the VW help menu
Site model source data can be generated by tabular coordinate information from an external file. This file must be a text file with fields delimited by separators in one of the formats available.
