Cat Posted January 6, 2020 Share Posted January 6, 2020 I have VWX2013 and have had problems re-installing on my new-ish computer. I put the VWX Installation DVD in and have not been able to re-install – it comes up with the ‘initializing’ screen but just gets stuck! Quote Link to comment
0 Art V Posted January 6, 2020 Share Posted January 6, 2020 Do you have a Mac or Windows computer? Which version of the operating system is on the computer? Especially with Mac there is a chance that older VW versions won't work on newer versions of the operating system. If on Windows, did you try running the installer as administrator and disable the anti-virus/security software if you have that installed? Quote Link to comment
