For example, can I extend the licence to the end of a 3 year degree by uploading evidence that I am still studying, or is there a limit on the time at which a licence can be extended? The educational licenses are generally approved on a yearly basis. When your license is coming up for renewal, you will need to upload a current proof of enrollment, and then you will get extended for another year. Please note that the extension does need to be manually approved on our end. When your renewal is coming up, please fill out the extension request ASAP and do not wait for it to actually expire. This way you do not lose access to the program for a day or so. Quote Link to comment
