TerraW
Hi, I've used a tool in Autocad where you can basically automatically scale and change the alignment of images. (With this tool, you reference two points or more points on two images, and it changes the second image to match the first.) At my current job, I'm trying to collage together drone shots of sites. A tool that made this process faster would be incredibly helpful. Does one exist? I've tried align, but it's not what I'm looking for. Thanks!!! Terra Quote Link to comment

unearthed
Normally acad files from surveyors etc come with a .jgw (with same name as dwg file) file There's a few tools to make these including createJGW.exe which can be found on the w3. .jgw's look like this inside and use a txt editor to write them: 1.000000 0.000000 0.000000 -1.000000 263111.187500 4375666.000000 Line Description 1 X scale 2 Rotation information (use value zero) 3 Rotation information (use value zero) 4 Y scale 5 The X coordinate for the center of the upper left pixel 6 The Y coordinate for the center of the upper left pixel They are not too tricky to write if you may use the image elsewhere in future Quote Link to comment
