Make vw start up faster - v2012

I've finally got sick of this so when vw starts it loads all the crap from this folder:

 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Vectorworks2012\Plug-Ins

 

Lots of things that came with the install e.g. Ball Bearing - 3D.vso, Flowchart Link.vso and lots of others. Can I delete all these and vw will load faster, or is it not so easy? If yes, are there other files that also need removing?

 

also things like 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Vectorworks2012\Settings\Plug-In Settings - which are a whole lots of stairs. The only 3D work I do in vw is contours, never need any other 3D functionality.

 

Likewise with 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Vectorworks2012\Plant Database - I do this another way so don't need it at all.

Also much of the content of:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Vectorworks2012\Libraries\Defaults

 

What can I safely throw overboard?
