On this machine (see Dxdiag file) we have an installation of VW 2016 which we unfortunately can't upgrade. Freezes occur randomly (more than twice a day sometimes) but there is no work pattern to indicate the culprit. The PC by itself is a "beast" of specs! What can be the reason for this behavior?
