Odd Glitch with 100 pt. box showing up whenever I click on a viewport to modify the design layer

Hi - Just today on a file I have been working on for some time without problems I started having an odd glitch happen where when I click on a viewport (with the crop on 0 line weight) as soon as I go into the design layer a 100pt box shows up.  It seems to coincide with the size of the viewport including annotations and shows up in the design layer on the annotations class.  Quite frustrating.  I can delete but it just comes up again the next time i click into the viewport, sometimes with multiple copies...  Thoughts?

I think you will have inadvertently clicked “show viewport crop” in the Edit Viewport “ dialogue box

Bingo.  Thank you.  On my version it was called "Add Reference Crop Object" but indeed it was accidentally clicked.  Thank you!
