Duties include Venue drawing clean up, room set drawings, AV Production plans, overviews, and various other misc. plans as required by clients. Primarily working on corporate events. This position is remote – so it is important to have self-discipline and to be able to manage your time well. This is a full time role – with an estimated 40 hrs a week in deliverables. YOU SHOULD HAVE A home office or space to work from with Internet and phone Working knowledge of Vectorworks Software General Knowledge of accepted drawing practices within the event industry YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH A desktop machine All Vectorworks licenses Stipend for Internet Fees ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Create visual guidelines for construction purposes. Draft technical details. Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures. Consult technical handbooks and tables while in drafting phase. Skilled in Vectorworks (knowledge with SpotLight preferred) Create and store drawings electronically. Prepare variations of design. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting up to 20 lbs. as required to file documents or store materials throughout the work day. Proper lifting techniques required.
