khumenny
Anyone know a way to make a window with 4 panes AND a sloped top? (or a transom with a mullion to line up with the window below?) Other than faking 2 windows side by side.... Transom.vwx Quote Link to comment

0 JasonMichael
Also to add to this, I will take a window that is close to what I want that matches my other windows, and Command+K it to a group to pull its 3D objects, and begin modeling and editing that 3D data until I get what I want in 3d. Then I convert it back into a wall-insertable symbol at world scale. Then copy a windows 2D data and edit it to match, paste into my 3d symbol in plan view, and it will convert to a hybrid symbol, essentially a custom window. I find this the fastest workflow. 0 khumenny
Thanks JasonMichael, I've been meaning to open that can of worms with windows (I've dabbled with other hybrid objects) good to hear you find it productive. I'll give it a try! Quote Link to comment
0 AlanW
@khumennyHi, you can convert it to unstyled then add muntins to the top panel. Top ones need a bit of adjustment to line up otherwise build one. HTH Quote Link to comment
