How do you have multiple drawings saved as one document?

Recommended Posts

Joe, there are a number of effective ways to do this, and it depends on your workflow and specific needs as to which one to use.

1) What were called "saved sheets" in version 10 and before are now called "saved views" (so as not to be confused with "sheet layers"). You can save any view by first setting the view up the way you want it to appear then going to the bottom left of the drawing and click on the icon farthest to the right (it looks like sheet of paper with a folded corner) and scrolling to "save view". Hope that helps...

I'm using vectorworks 11.5 and trying to create mutliple plates for one design. I thought it had something to do with saving sheets but I can't find any command to do so.Anybody know how to do this? Rather then having 10 different documents for one project.

Thanks,

Joe
