Take a look at our website for an understanding of the type of work we do: http://www.siteworkscm.com/ Position: Project Manager Project manager sought to oversee construction document production and technical design of high profile public and private sector urban landscape projects including, parks, playgrounds, athletic facilities, waterfronts, streetscapes, plazas, roofscapes, green infrastructure facilities and private developments. Responsibilities: Responsible for working with multi-disciplinary design teams at all phases of project development from conceptual design through the preparation of contract documents; management of project budgets and schedules; coordination and direction of sub-consultants and junior staff; and acting as a mentor to junior staff. Qualifications: As part of our team the position requires the following qualifications: · Degree from an accredited program in Landscape Architecture, Architect, Civil Engineering or related field · Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience of in-office design · Demonstrated project management skills including managing construction document production · Excellent time management skills · Effective communication and collaboration skills · Demonstrated facility with Vectorworks, Microsoft Word and Excel, Microsoft Project, and Adobe Suite. · A sense of humor Certifications/Licenses: Eligible for NY Landscape Architect, Architect, or Professional Civil Engineer Registration.
