Kevin
I have noted that some of my sheets do not have the page origin at their center. I do not know how this happened. I assumed that the Page>Set Origin>Set Origin to Drawing Center would fix this by putting the origin at the center. When I use this command, nothing happens. Any ideas? Quote Link to comment
Delmer
The origin is a global definition that does not reference the page or the items in the drawing, though a new file will have the page centered on the origin. Your origin isn't moving because it is already at the drawing center, what needs to move is the page. You can think of the drawing center as the center of your desk, the origin as a moveable reference point to assist in lining up papers or items on the papers, and the layers of course as the papers themselves. Kevin
I wondered if this might be the case. Then the obvious question is this; Is there a way to center the page to the origin? Quote Link to comment
Delmer
To get them all dead center first set origin to center of drawing then double-click on the move page tool to center the page on the origin. Quote Link to comment
