Unable to re-order design layer stacking

I'm having an issue that didn't seem to happen previously. I am unable to re-order design layers in the layer organization window. Previously, i was able to move my cursor over the # symbol and order layers as I wish / or double click and change the order. Now, neither option works and I can't reorganize the layers. Curious to see if I have done something that has locked this capability.

Are you sorting your DL's by their stacking number? They need to be sorted by number to be able to move them.

@ealsheimer first just making sure you are trying to move the Layers and not the Classes. Im sure you're not but sometimes it happens. The other option is if you are not seeing the chisel tool to re-order the layers. Try shutting down VW and restart. Write back to let us know how it working for you.

Thank you, this worked. 6 years working in VWX, and I never had it lock up like that before.
